Is Hudayriyat Island finished, or still a building site?

The leisure island is already live. Surf Abu Dhabi, Marsana waterfront, the velodrome, beaches and cycling trails are open today. Bashayer adds the waterfront residential layer; the community completes across 2029 and 2030.

A 50/50 plan for Building 5: a 5% down payment on reservation, 45% in staged instalments through January 2030, and the final 50% on handover, scheduled 30 April 2030.

Yes. Every home is freehold to all nationalities, and from AED 2M each clears the threshold for the UAE's 10-year Golden Visa, for you and your family.

Can I resell before handover?
